David and I are getting ready for my clients big birthday celebration and it’s all systems go here with preparing for the feast ahead. Hot out of the wood oven is my husband David’s wondrous roast veal, lamb and porterhouse.
Mmmm, yum the smell is just amazing.
Also my potato smash bake cooked in oil, truffle salt and sprigs of rosemary ready to be dressed with sour cream and crispy pancetta.
Plus, sweet potatoes dusted with smoky paprika and cinnamon to be finished with feta and roasted hazelnuts.
Just keep mouths watering for a treat… Petite meringues to be finished with a dollop of fresh cream and strawberries.
I love the preparation stage, the aromas are so worth the effort that you put into it
